? Position: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) 

? Location: Vadodara & Surat Territory, Gujarat 

? Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory. 

✅ Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring their professional development and success. 

✅ Establish strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to drive product penetration and market share.

✅ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify growth opportunities and formulate strategies accordingly. 

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and strategies. 

✅ Monitor sales performance, prepare sales forecasts, and provide regular reports to senior management.
